Four (4) weeks' paid vacation each academic year.
Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance & Vision Plan.
Prescription Plan — Two carriers from which to choose. (You must participate in the medical insurance plan to obtain this benefit.)
Group Term Life Insurance/Basic AD&D — Basic life and AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to resident. Supplemental life insurance may be purchased and is based on salary and age.
Long-term disability insurance is provided at no cost to resident.
Malpractice insurance is provided to resident only while engaged in activities necessary for the completion of the residency.
Educational Stipend — $500 per academic year.
Monthly meal allotment when on call.
Employee Assistance Program — Participation in the medical insurance plan is necessary to obtain this benefit.
Free on-site parking.
Computer access 24/7.
Tax Shelter Annuity Plan 403(b) — two carriers from which to choose. Participation is voluntary.
Life support courses and certification.
Reimbursement for N.J. permit, in-training examination fee and professional membership.
