BREAST RECONSTRUCTION AWARENESS (BRA) DAY 2019
WHAT: In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Saint Peter’s University Hospital marks the national day that spotlights the importance of educating patients about the variety of breast reconstruction options available to them following breast cancer surgery.
 
  1. -Active storytelling, poetry readings and original artwork by breast cancer patients, nurses, physicians and caregivers will be on display
  2. -Pink Police Car –North Brunswick Police Department police car painted pink from hubcaps to doors and branded Saint Peter’s Breast Center to   mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month will travel to Saint Peter’s
  3. -Dr. Robert Herbstman, breast reconstruction specialist, and Dr. Susan McManus, director of the Saint Peter’s Breast Center, will present.
