Trick or Healthy Treat
There are tricks for making Halloween treats healthier for children and adults. When buying Halloween treats, read labels with an eye toward lower values of the following - fat, calories, sugar, sodium, and trans fats. 

Consider alternatives to candy. Choices include single servings of the following listed here below.  A nutritionist can help you design a healthy eating plan that includes treats.
