WHAT:  Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ, is hosting an informative webinar for patients interested in learning more about treatments for bowel control. The program will be presented by Imran Saeed, MD, FACS, FASCRS, colorectal surgeon at Saint Peter’s. Chronic Fecal Incontinence (FI) is a treatable condition. During the presentation, Dr. Saeed will explore conditions, causes and symptoms, along with the latest therapies to help you get back to living the life you love, without embarrassment.
WHO:  Imran Saeed, MD, was the first surgeon in Pennsylvania to establish and direct a successful fecal incontinence program, introducing the InterStim™ procedure, a reversible therapy to treat bladder and bowel control disorders. In addition to treating fecal incontinence, Dr. Saeed treats patients with benign conditions, such as chronic constipation, diarrhea, rectoceles, hemorrhoids, fissures, fistulae, and all types of anal and colorectal malignancies. He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons.
