The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as of January 1, 2019, requires hospitals to post their standard charges online.  The charge listings below will allow you to access the charge information.  We are making the following disclosures to aid you in the review of the information.

Hospital Price Transparency

DISCLOSURES:

1. The information is provided in a machine-readable format;
2. The standard charges are our list price and may not reflect what insurers and government programs pay for the services provided;
3. For specific information regarding your out-of-pocket costs for the services provided you should contact your insurer or government carrier, as these out-of-pocket amounts are traditionally based on your contract with your payer and the amount the provider is reimbursed for the service(s);

5. These charge listings are for hospital provided services and do not include charge listings for physician services.
