COVID-19 Vaccination Information
Thank you for your interest in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has made recent changes regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and we will be making changes to the way we administer the COVID-19 vaccine.
Saint Peter’s University Hospital will be providing the new Moderna COVID-19 monovalent vaccine (2023-2024) to patients of the Saint Peter’s Pediatric Health Center at Saint Peter’s Family Health Center in New Brunswick for children ages 6 months to 18 years old and for those who are eligible under the Vaccine For Children Program (VFC). These vaccines provided are by appointment only.
ELIGIBILITY: Children up to 18 years of age who meet at least one of the following criteria are eligible to receive VFC vaccine: Medicaid-eligible children who are enrolled in Medicaid NJ Family Care Plan A Only. Medicaid NJ Family Care Plans B, C, or D must contact a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for participation.UPCOMING CLINICS:
